About Space Weather
Space Weather is the browser counterpart to the apps. It reports the current estimated planetary K-index, how long ago it was observed, which source it came from, and what that level actually means for power systems, spacecraft and radio.
Readings are served from our own API, which ingests from NOAA SWPC and falls back to a mirror when NOAA is unavailable — the same resilience the mobile apps use.
